In accordance with art. 13 section 1 and 2 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46 / W - General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), please be informed that:

Your personal data based on art. 6 clause 1 point a GDPR will be processed in order to handle correspondence with the administrator and fulfill his tasks specified in specific provisions specifying the scope of his activities, e.g. issuing an administrative decision, order or other action resulting from legal provisions, a contract or your consent.
3. We may transfer and disclose your personal data only to entities authorized under applicable law, e.g. courts, law enforcement, tax and other public entities when they make such a request, of course on the basis of an appropriate legal basis. We may also transfer your personal data to entities that process it on behalf of the administrator, the so-called processing entities, e.g. entities providing IT, telecommunications, postal and other services. However, the transfer of your data can only take place if they provide adequate protection for your rights.
4. Your personal data will be processed for a period consistent with applicable law, then it will be deleted.
5. You have the right to request access to data from the administrator, you can correct it when necessary. You also have the right to request the deletion or limitation of processing, the right to object to the processing, as well as the right to transfer data.
6. Processing takes place on the basis of your consent, so we inform you that consent can be withdrawn at any time.
7. In the event that you do not provide us with your personal data, we will not be able to consider the matter reported by you and inform about it electronically.
8. You also have a complaint to the authority to the supervisory body - the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection, if you feel that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the General Regulation on the Protection of Personal Data of April 27, 2016.
9. Your data will not be processed in an automated manner, including in the form of profiling.
